nxcharacter.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support.
Install it and try running the game, if that doesn't work shut of origins completely via taskmanager and start it anew. If that doesn't work re-start your computer. I don't remember which of these steps worked for me but it did, so I hope it helps:) Edit: you can find it in program files (x86)origin gamesdragon age originsredist folder.

In the vast majority of cases, the solution is to properly reinstall nxcharacter.dll on your PC, to the Windows system folder. Alternatively, some programs, notably PC games, require that the DLL file is placed in the game/application installation folder.
